Christmas at Il Pampero
Enjoy a sumptuous mix of the very finest Italian produce in our December Set Menu, which will be served at lunchtime and early dinner until 7pm throughout the festive season. Our December À La Carte Menu will be served at all other times, including Tuesday 24th, Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th December 2019.

Our Executive Chef, Claudio Covino, strongly believes that all raw ingredients at the heart of his creations must be Italian, this is why all of the food served at il Pampero has regional influences – in particular from southern Italy.
Born in Rome, Claudio has lived in London for many years mastering the art of combining traditional Italian recipes with creative and contemporary techniques. As well as the great classics, he loves to experiment and find new combinations to amaze his guests. He prides himself in working with the best Italian suppliers, sourcing everything directly from its place of origin. For example, one of our most requested dishes, tonnarello cacio e pepe, is made exclusively with original Roman pecorino, our beef carpaccio – served with castelmagno, one of the most ancient Italian cheeses from the Piemonte region, and our porcini mushroom dishes, using mushrooms from Tuscany.
